The aim of this project is to develop computational tools to classify the members of large families of large graphs. It results from a collaboration between computer scientists from Paris Diderot(LIAFA) and statisticians from Descartes University (MAP5). The major difficulty is that the number of large graphs we want to classify is assumed to be very large, so that the complexity of the proposed methods is determinant. The developed algorithms will be applied to sequence alignment networks from metagenomic data.
