The Delaunay Incremental Code can be unstable in specific configuration of points (to be improved soon). It is just a preliminary version to test the ideas. In particular this algorithm has been used for this java testing package but The C code available from this url environment implements a more robust incremental version of the Delaunay triangulation algorithm.

Do not hesitate to ask for the code, explications or whatever else.
