Postdoctoral Researcher at Paris Descartes University (Paris V)

Associate member of the University of Toulouse III

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in statistics at the MAP5 lab of Paris Descartes University, with Etienne Birmelé. I'm also an associate member of the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse (IMT), where I work with Pierre Neuvial. I am part of the LIONS project, which main goal consists in developping statistical models for the identification of deregulated transcription factors involved in specific subtypes of bladder cancer. Before that, I spent one year as a postdoctoral researcher at the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research (BMIR) within the Geveart lab. I completed my PhD in December 2014 from the University of Toulouse under the supervision of Sébastien Gadat, Christine Cierco-Ayrolles and Matthieu Vignes. My research interests include high-dimensional statistics, sparse multi-linear models and computational biology (gene regulatory network inference and applications to cancer research).
