I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in statistics at the MAP5 lab of Paris Descartes University with Etienne Birmelé. I am working on the LIONS project, which main goal consists in developping statistical models for the identification of transcriptor factors involved in specific subtypes of bladder cancer. Before that, I spent one year as a postdoctoral researcher in the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research within the Geveart lab. I completed my PhD in December 2014 from the University of Toulouse under the supervision of Sébastien Gadat, Christine Cierco-Ayrolles and Matthieu Vignes. My research interests include high-dimensional statistics, sparse multi-linear models and computational biology.
